Ordering Items
We do regularly allow our customers to place an order on items before they are released. This is especially true with the new Christmas selections. However we cannot guarantee that we can fill everyones order. We are at the mercy of the manufacturers supply. For this reason we ask that you place your order as soon as possible. Orders for Christmas should be placed no later than the 2nd week of October to assure delivery by Christmas. Again orders are subject the supply available from the manufacturers and are filled on a first-ordered, first delivered basis. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required for all pre-orders. Although we stock many manufacturers items, some will need to be ordered and some are will be available at future dates. Please allow 6-8 week for the delivery of some items, and up to 6-8 months on some pre-orders. The pre-orders will be shipped ASAP when delivered from the manufacturers. Most orders will be shipped right away. You will receive an E-mail confirmation of your order. Shipping and Handling Fees:
All orders are processed quickly and professionally. Insurance fees are included in your shipping charges. All items are shipped in the continental US. via FedEx ground / USPS. Minimum shipping charge is $8.25.

Return/Cancellation Policy
All purchases are subject to store credit only. Shipping is not included and is non-refundable. We do not refund. Any returned merchandise will be subject to a 20% returned merchandise fee deducted from the store credit. All returns must be made within 15 days of delivery and must be verified with the origional receipt of purchase and new in the origional packaging. Cancellation on orders after 24 hrs. are subject to a 20% cancellation fee deducted from store credit. All store credits are valid for six months. Damaged product is covered by shipping insurance and will be returned to vendor for repair or replacement . Return damaged product back to G-Scale Train Station within ten days of delivery for vendor authorization and return shipping reimbursement. We are always happy to have your trains repaired or to help you find something else, but we cannot give refunds on returns or cancellations.

We are located 20 miles south of Washington, DC. From the bottom of the 495 Beltway Rt 5 / Rt 301 South to Rt 228 / Rt 5 and turn Left to Rt 925 (Old Washington Rd.) turn Left. Go 1/4 mile and we are on the Left.
